SelectRx Shipping Questions

How will my medications be delivered?

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number included, but sometimes they may be delivered via UPS or FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number each month via text and/or call.

Do I need to sign for my monthly SelectRx delivery?

We do not currently provide a signature confirmation with our service. If you prefer to have a signature confirmation to ensure a safe delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX to make appropriate arrangements.

How often do you ship SelectRx deliveries?

We’ll ship your SelectRx box monthly. If you need other medications or products throughout the month, we can deliver or ship those as needed.

What do I do if I go on vacation or live in different locations throughout the year?

Just let us know when, where, and for how long you will be somewhere other than your main address and we will coordinate delivery.

What if my SelectRx delivery doesn’t arrive on time?

If you haven’t received your monthly box within the expected delivery date, contact us immediately at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX and we can work directly with the shipping carrier to locate the package. In the event of a lost package, we’ll work with your insurance provider to get an override for the lost medications ASAP.
