SelectRx Shipping Questions

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number included, but sometimes they may be delivered via FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number each month via text and/or call.

We do not currently provide a signature confirmation with our service. If you prefer to have a signature confirmation to ensure a safe delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-855-975-6365 to make appropriate arrangements.

We’ll ship your SelectRx box monthly. If you need other medications or products throughout the month, we can deliver or ship those as needed.

Just let us know when, where, and for how long you will be somewhere other than your main address and we will coordinate delivery.

If you haven’t received your monthly box within the expected delivery date, contact us immediately at 1-855-975-6365 and we can work directly with the shipping carrier to locate the package. In the event of a lost package, we’ll work with your insurance provider to get an override for the lost medications.
